Return Policy

The following policy applies to the return of items purchased at all stores operated by Hudson other than the designer stores noted below:  

Newspapers, magazines, personal protective equipment (PPE), SIM cards, and phone cards are final sale.

In light of the current COVID-19 environment and our continuing efforts to keep everyone safe, the following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at this time: underwear, lingerie, swimwear, earrings, headphones, books, or items that expired after the date of purchase, bespoke or special order items, personalized items, or items altered/adjusted after the original sale.

Except as otherwise required by law, all other items may be returned within 60 days of purchase when returned with sales receipt in a new, unused, unopened, and saleable condition. Until further notice, all items may only be returned to a store as described below, unless they are defective.

Defective items may be returned for refund or exchange for the same item within 60 days of purchase when returned with sales receipt in original packaging.

Returns may be made to the store where the item was purchased, any other like-branded store operated by Hudson or by mail as described below.  Until further notice, the only items eligible for return by mail are defective items.

 

Designer Store Return Policy

The policies below apply to the return of items purchased at the following designer stores operated by Hudson:

Bulgari
Any items purchased at a Bulgari store operated by Hudson may be returned only for exchange, within 30 days of purchase when returned with sales receipt in new, unused, unaltered condition. Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other Bulgari store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.  Returns for refund are not accepted by mail as described below.  Returns for refund are not accepted.

 

Eddie Bauer
Any items purchased at an Eddie Bauer store operated by Hudson may be returned for exchange or refund within one year of purchase when returned with the sales receipt. Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other Eddie Bauer store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.

 

Kiehl’s
If you are not satisfied with any items purchased at a Kiehl’s store operated by Hudson, they may be returned for exchange or refund at any time when returned unopened and in original packaging with the sales receipt.  Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other Kiehl’s store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.

 

MAC
If you are not satisfied with any items purchased at a MAC store operated by Hudson, they may be returned for exchange or refund at any time when returned unopened and in original packaging with the sales receipt.  Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other MAC store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.

 

Sunglass Hut
Any items purchased at a Sunglass Hut store operated by Hudson may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase when returned in original, new condition with the original packaging and the sales receipt. Exchanges of equal or greater value are accepted at any Sunglass Hut within 90 days of purchase date when returned in original, new condition with the original packaging and the sales receipt. Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other Sunglass Hut store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.

 

Urban Decay
Any items purchased at an Urban Decay store operated by Hudson may be returned for exchange or refund within 45 days of purchase when returned in original packaging, unopened with the sales receipt. Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other Urban Decay store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.

 

Victoria Secret
Any items purchased at a Victoria’s Secret store operated by Hudson may be returned for exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase when returned in original, new, unopened packaging,  unaltered condition and with the sales receipt. Any item with a tag stating “required for return” will not be accepted if the tag is missing or altered.  In light of the current COVID-19 environment, underwear, lingerie, loungewear, and personal care items may not be returned at this time. Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other Victoria’s Secret store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.

 

Vineyard Vines
Any items purchased at a Vineyard Vines store operated by Hudson may be returned for exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase when returned in original, new, unaltered condition, with the tag(s) attached and with the sales receipt. Returns may be made at the store where the item was purchased, any other Vineyard Vines store operated by Hudson, or by mail as described below.

 

Return by Mail

Until further notice, the only items eligible for return by mail are defective items.
If requesting a return by mail please email contactus@dufry.com and provide a picture or scan of the complete sales receipt, indicate the item(s) you are requesting to return, and the reason for the return. You will receive a response to your return request within 5 business days.
