We care for our customers as our best friends, and our commitment to you is to provide helpful and courteous service in an inviting and fun destination where your needs and wants are satisfied and your questions are answered.

Returning a Purchase

We know you may sometimes change your mind so we accept purchases for exchange or refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of the purchase date with the sales receipt and in original condition with its packaging and accessories.  Damaged items, items without the original packaging and accessories, and items without the sales receipt may not be eligible for return. Periodicals, SIM cards, phone cards, and other prepaid cards are not returnable.

If you find a product to be defective and it is more than 14 days after the date of purchase please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement options under the product’s warranty. If you need the manufacturer’s contact information please contact us for assistance. 

If you are not returning to the store within the returns period please email us for return by mail information at Please include a scan or picture of the sales receipt indicating the item(s) you are requesting to return. We will email a return authorization form and additional information.
