Jordi Martin-Consuegra was named Chief Executive Officer in July 2021. Prior to that time, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer since joining Hudson in August 2018. Previously, Mr. Martin-Consuegra served in a variety of positions for Dufry, including Chief Resources Director from 2017 to 2018, Global Resources Director from 2012 to 2016, Global Organization and Human Resources Director from 2009 to 2012, Global Integration Director from 2008 to 2009, and Global Information Technology Director from 2005 to 2008.

Brian Quinn was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in July 2021, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of more than 1,000 stores across North America. Prior to that time, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hudson. Previously, Mr. Quinn served as Vice President of Operations from 1992 to 1996, as well as General Manager of Hudson’s LaGuardia Airport operations. Mr. Quinn serves as Chair of the Airport Restaurant & Retail Association (ARRA) and is a member of the Commercial Management Steering Group for the Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA).

Prior to joining Hudson in 1991, Mr. Quinn held positions as Regional Vice President at the Rite-Aid Corporation, Regional Vice President at Faber Coe & Gregg, and General Manager of WH Smith’s New York City operations.

Ryan Scanlan was named Chief Financial Officer in July 2022 after serving for 22 years at Hudson in a number of key roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Controlling and Treasury. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Indirect Procurement, Loss Prevention, Sales Audit and Inventory Controls, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions, including post-merger integration activities.

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey

Prior to her current role as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Hope Remoundos served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Hudson from 2000 to 2016, and held positions as Director and Vice President in Sales and Marketing from 1992 to 2000. Before joining Hudson in 1992, Ms. Remoundos worked for over 20 years in general management, circulation, and consulting roles within the publishing and advertising industry. She served as a consultant with McNamee Consulting, and was General Manager and Circulation Manager for Egg Magazine (a division of Forbes) for three years. She was also associated with Select Magazines (five years), Curtis Circulation (three years), International Musician & Recording World, and Book Digest.

• Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University

Courtney Thornton assumed this role in February 2021 after leading Hudson’s Partner Relations & Business Diversity team, an integral part of the Business Development department, since 2014.  She is currently a key leader on Hudson’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, a permanent advisory committee to Hudson’s leadership team.  Ms. Thornton recently completed a three-year term on Airport Council International-North America (“ACI-NA”) Business Diversity Committee’s Steering Group, and previously served as the Southwest Regional Director-At-Large Board Member for the industry Airport Minority Advisory Council (“AMAC”).

Prior to joining Hudson, she served as in-house Legal Counsel and Deputy Director of Legal Affairs for the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport for 16 years.

Previous to her role as Executive Vice President, Duty Free, Freda Cheung served as the Senior Vice President, Duty Free Commercial from 2017 to 2019.  She is currently the chairperson of Hudson’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.  Prior to joining Hudson in 2017, Ms. Cheung was with World Duty Free Canada as Chief Executive Officer from 2010 to 2016 and Vice President, Corporate Services from 2006 to 2009.
