The Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for the development of managers and supervisors to understand and execute fundamental controls and processes.
Job Responsibilities :
In this hands on position you will establish and ensure all loss prevention policies are enforced. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily cashier performance, average sales and transactions. The LP Manager will react to abnormal levels in voids, refunds and over/shorts, work well with local law enforcement and will utilize camera and physical surveillance.
Education and Experience:
Must have a strong operational background. Multi-location, front-line investigations, reporting and interrogation experience is required.
