Position: Brand Specialist

Location: Toronto Pearson International Airport

Job Summary

The primary goals of the Brand Specialist are to meet and exceed goals established by store management and vendors.

Custom fit service and build long term relationships. Being accountable for everyone on the team understanding his or her

sales goals and how to achieve it.


Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes daily, weekly and monthly business needs and implements strategies to impact business and communicate information to Vendor

  •  Communicates with Vendor Representative and management with respect to assortment range and needs.

  •  

    Gains commitment to all performance standards, responsibilities and priorities from Beauty Advisors.

  •  Coaches and provides feedback to Beauty Advisors with regard to their sales performance.

  •  Manages the orientation and development of Beauty Advisors to ensure the highest level of customer service and productivity.

  •  Acts as a positive role model by demonstrating excellent selling skills and service behavior.

  •  Handles performance problems quickly and effectively, involving store management when necessary.

  •  Guarantees proper counter coverage at all times based on business needs.

  •  Sets monthly sales goals and creates sales performance reports.

  •  Maximizes sales by maintaining merchandising standards.

  •  Analyzes sales figures to determine strategies to improve sales.

  •  Facilitates training and development of beauty Advisors to enhance job performance and personal growth.

  •  Maintains promotional materials.

  •  Oversees promotional activities as per the promotional calendar.

  •  Develops incentive programs and in-store promotions.

  •  Ensures merchandise is neat, clean, and attractively displayed.

  •  Ensures the fixtures and tables are fully merchandised.

Education and Experience

  • Must Speak English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related business experience
